I liked how you focused on the individualization of customers. I feel like in almost everything, consumers want things custom, just how they want it. And if a company does not offer it, we'll go somewhere else. Through these high interaction relationship, businesses can zoom in on what the customers are really looking for and provide better products -and better customer service.
